Hello, my name is Eli Kohorst. I am a licensed real estate agent with Realty Group in the Baxter Office. My mission is to help as many people as possible accomplish their real estate goals. Whether you are looking to buy or sell I would love the opportunity to earn your business. I live in Brainerd but I will travel statewide to make sure my clients have the representation they deserve.
Prior to becoming a real estate agent I went to school at the University of Minnesota Duluth and served in the United States Air Force. I pride myself on providing my clients with expertise and professionalism. There is no deal too big or too small. As long as the deal helps my client accomplish their goals I am happy to help!

2023 Director's Group | Realty Group

2023 was a different year in the real estate market. Interest rates slowed down the Brainerd Lakes Market so Eli decided to expand his opportinies officially expanding his reach down to the north metro to serve more personal connections. It ended up being a good year resulting in 28 transactions and 9.6 million dollars in sales volume. 
Eli also married his longtime girlfirend on the shores of Gull Lake at Cragun's Resort. It was a great year of personal and professional growth!

2022 was an interesting year in the Real Estate Market. Eli made a big piviot into a partnership at the KavLand Team. The strategic move towards partnership was based on acheiving  a more sustainable work-life balance in hopes to create longevity for his real estate career. The sharing of resources and removal of idividual marketing burden have allowed Eli to better serve his current and past clients while still acheiving the desired growth through the members on his team.

Eli said, "Becoming a partner at the KavLand Team was a big adjustment for me, I went from running hard for every prospective client to taking a more strategic approach towards sustained growth. It has also given me the opportunity to help other agents grow their businesses and ultimately help more clients. In 2021, Eli finished the year as the the 10th highest producing agent at Realty Group. This is an impressive stat as there are 750 plus active agents at Realty Group, the fastest growing independent brokerage in Minnesota. In total, Eli closed 44 Transactions and a volume of 16.7 Million Dollars in 2021. This level of volume also placed Eli as the second highest producing agent in the Brainerd Lakes Realty Group Office.

In 2020 Eli recieved the Directors Group Award. This award is given to all Realty Group Agents that do 20 or more real estate transaction in a calendar year. 
Only a handful of the 650 + agents at Realty Group do 20 or more transactions per year. It is an increadible award for an agent in their 3 year of the business.


Eli says, "It is great to be awarded, but more importantly it means that I was able to help 20+ of my clients accomplish their real estate goals in 2020. My favorite part about being an agent is getting to use my skillset to help my buyers and sellers be successful by thinking outside of the box and persiting untill we succeed."
